not sure if this is where this goes but here goes,
its been doing this for a long time now, i have sleep hybrid mode on, (doesnt matter what kind of sleep mode i give it, i just like hybrid cuz it actualy turns everything down and the pc actualy looks like its turned off but a move of the mouse or a keyboard tap will start up the pc and its up and readdy in about 2-3 seconds)
when it starts up, it would go to the normal bootup showing the Asus (press DEL to enter bio) for 2 seconds, and then NORMALLY it would show the windows logo in the picture bellow, with a little _ up top left and then loading circle bellow the windows logo, but lately it doesnt do either or, and stays there for ever, i need to restart the computer every times to make it past that stage and get me back on windows
any ideas? ive tried a format and clean reinstal and it still does that, im half wondering if the ssd or mother board is getting corruptions or old, ssd is 1 year old but mobo is about 7-8 years, specs bellow

990fx sabertooth r1
8120 amd
asus geforce 550ti recently changed to asus geforce 1660 oc (problem was happening way before that change) (currently building new pc and i figured id try the new video card)

In addition to the above, have you tried temporarily disabling hibernation? It's possible that one of your devices does not support this power state.

only my mouse keyboard logitech dongle, nothing else external, ill do those things above in a moment and see what happens,
i turn of hybernation and it doesnt do that anymore but that wasnt always the case and havnt changed anything that i can remember exept possibly one of windows updates?

i ran that bsod thing but it was stoped by my kaspersky, so i turned it off and tried again and it doesnt seem to make a log copy in the "documents" folder like it says its supposed to

ok i was on the blue screen thing waiting and waiting, i did CTRL + C to cancel it, and then i cancelled the cancelation, and it finished itself and made a copy soooo.... weird but what ever...? here it is o-O

i have another thing thats been going on that may be a contributing factor to this but i have absolutely no clue on how to describe it, occasionally when i move the mouse, the screen "shakes" and stoped when i stop moving the mouse, and it does that for a few seconds to a minutes, it started doing that again recently, it had stoped a little while ago, i have a feeling its related to my power supply but its only a little over a year old, i remember having a similar problem a while back and i think i had to replace that but im not sure, i managed to get a video on my phone about it but dont know how to put a video here, its like 17 seconds long, and its hard to see it exactly but it does show the problem, i dont know if it has any relations to this but if it does and helps, id like to somehow show it here too.

You can upload the video file to a file sharing site (e.g. sendspace.com or tinyupload.com) and post the link here.

heres the video i took of the screen shake when mouse movement

It's a bit difficult to see it in the video but I think I understand what you're describing. You said in your first post that you tried a clean install and the problems are still occurring, so that would suggest it's probably not a software issue. Nevertheless, you should make sure that your graphics driver is up to date: use DDU from Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.1.9 to remove the existing driver fully, then install GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 436.51 | NVIDIA. Also, if you haven't done so already, update the BIOS: SABERTOOTH 990FX BIOS & FIRMWARE | Motherboards | ASUS Global (extract the ZIP file, then go into the BIOS setup and hopefully there will be an option to update it from a file; if not, you'll have to look in the manual for your motherboard to see how to update it). Then update your SSD's firmware (you didn't specify in your initial post what SSD you have, so I can't provide a link).

If those updates don't help, test your SSD (and any HDD if you have one) with the manufacturer's tool, and test your RAM with MemTest: RAM reliability tester for Windows. If no errors are found, the last things it could be are the PSU and the motherboard. The only real way to determine if they're at fault is to replace them and then see if the problem stop.

ok i did all that, also the samsung magician software, i havnt done memtest yet ill try that next, i hope its not the motherboard/psu >_< if it is, i hope it lasts another month and a half or so at least until i get everything else i need for finishing my new build

i wanted to give it a few days, its doing a lot better now i dont need to restart to get back in windows after a sleep mode anymore
but theirs a tripple post and a double startup, ill try to explain

starting with computer OFF, press power on button, fans kicks in twice on high rev and then its normal startup, does first post normal time about a second or so, then does another post, second post is about 1/4 of a second and then it does its 3rd post, the 3rd post lasts about 4-6 seconds and then everything else after that is totally normal
and by posting for so many seconds i mean the ASUS BIOS *pres DEL to enter bios* page, but at least the sleep/wake restart problem is fixed...

well so far i think the double power stoped, i dont hear the fans kick in twice anymore before startup, the weird screen shake still happens but its really hard to predict when it will, i havnt seen it in 2 days, i did a full nvidia/amd driver deletion and re-install, seems to run smoother for now

Yes that is quite normal, you can also see that Steam has 5 child processes too, so will consuming quite a considerable amount of system resources.
