Windows sfc /scannow errors - CBS log included

Hi.

I have unfortunately had a problem with a HDD so have been trying for a week to fix it. Managed to get all my files off but i have no internet or network LAN or WIFI. i have been trying to fix it but with no luck.

Here are the condensed errors that SFC /SCANNOW flags up. I have to do the fixes/logs etc on the currpt laptop and transfer them all by usb as i cannot connect to anything so please bare with me.

I know the lan and wifi work fine as i used a live CD to test and they work as they should. Drivers have all been updated so just wondered if clearing all SFC issues, i might get somewhere.

any help would be amazing

Ran sfcfix.exe and here are thr results. Just restarting and running sfc again

Kind of answering my own questions here. Ran sfcfix and it successfully repaired the currupted files. SFC log is now clear.

I would like to run DISM but as i have no network connectivity, it will not let me. Can it be ran offline ?

I'm glad to hear that you have found a solution. DISM cann't be run on W7 except in some limited scenarios. SURT is used instead.
