Windows Server Standard 2019 1809 - Unable to Add Feature "Web Server (IIS) Application Development CGI Error: 0x80073701

Dear Sysnative Community,

I have a specific Problem with Adding a Feature to "Web Server (IIS)" what is already installed. I need to enable the Application Development CGI but i get the Error:

The request to add or remove features on the specified server failed.
Installation of one or more roles, roles services, or features failed.
The referenced assembly could not be found. Error: 0x80073701

After investigating in the CBS.log i found following errors:

The first steps i made, without any findings:

sfc /scannow

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

wusa /uninstall /kb:4601345

Afterwards i run the Farbar Recovery Scan tool with the Search for "KB4601345" - see attachment.

I would really appreciate your help, if you need further logs let me know.

Upload a copy of the CBS folder

• Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\Logs folder.
• Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
• Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
• Click on the Yes button here.

• Attach the file CBS.zip to your next reply. If the file is too large to attach, upload the CBS.zip file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.
