Windows Server 2022 with failing Windows Updates.

Hi to all,

I have a Windows Server 2022 Standard virtual machine that has been failing Windows updates for a few months. I have run SFC /scannow, but it doesn't show any issues with the system. I have reset the Windows update cache, but the problem is the same. I have run DISM restore health several times. Sometimes, it works and goes to 94.2 % but stops there; sometimes, it doesn't go anywhere. I want to avoid recreating this VM if possible. Can anyone provide any assistance?
