Windows Server 2022 Update KB5053603 failing with 0x800f0831

Hi,

I'm having issues with a Server 2022 instance failing with the above error. Looking in the CBS logs it appears there may be some missing manifests or packages. CBS log attached.

I'd appreciate any input on how to resolve this please without us having to rebuild the entire server.

Sorry the most recent KB it's trying is KB5055526 which is also failing (this server has failed patching for a little while now)
