Windows Server 2022 Unable to install update KB5030216 (0x80073701)

Hello,

I have a Win 2022 Server and have a problem with installing CU KB5030216 .

I've run though the normal things to try an fix the problem and now I'm all out of ideas.

1. I've run a SFC Scan, everything comes back normal and finds no issues.
2. Ive run DISM on Restore Health and that also shows no issues.
3. Ive run the component scanner list on this site, also shows no issues.

Any update on this?because the october update gives the same error.
