Windows Server 2022 Standard - Cumulative updates fails with error 0x80073701

Hi,

since several months I have the problem that I can't install cumulative Windows Server updates on my Server. They keep failing with error code 0x80073701.

What I've already done:

sfc /scannow: doesn't find any integrity violations

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth: Restore process has been successfully completed

Windows Update Troubleshooting: doesn't find any problems

I don't want to setup the machine from scratch because it's an application server with many individual settings.

I would be very grateful if you could help me.

Operation System: Windows Server 2022 Standard x64 (10.0.20348.2031)
