Windows Server 2022 Standard - 21H2 - 20348.350

I've got a Windows Server 2022 Standard (21H2) - Build 20348.350 that I am trying to get patched up. Currently, the only patch I can't get to install is the latest cumulative update. I did get the Cumulative Update for .NET Framework to install after messing around for a bit. I will upload the "ComponentsScanner.txt" file to this post to see what you guys think. I've uploaded the CBS.ZIP and ComponentsScanner.txt as requested. Here is a screenshot of the error that I get:

Should I start a new forum post for this one? I know you guys are busy but just want to make sure this one doesn't get missed! Let me know when you've got a moment. Unfortunately, this server is a domain controller and I want to get this patched as soon as I possibly can.
