Windows Server 2022 (21H2) Cumulative Update installation fails with error 0x800f081f

Hi

I'm having issues getting Cumulative Updates to install on one of our Windows Server 2022 (21H2) servers. The resulting error is 0x800f081f.

The problem CBS.log entry appears to be:

I have completed the steps as per 'Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions'. Please find attached the corresponding CBS.zip and ComponentsScanner.txt files.
