[SOLVED] Windows Server 2022 21H2 - CU KB5033118 failing with error code 0x800f081f

Hello,

I am currently trying to install KB5033118 on a Windows 2022 21H2.
Current build is 20348.1688.

This update keeps failing but all others update have passed. I have tried to install it from the standalone file without success.
Already done all recommended operations as DISM commands, Scannow, Windows Update Troubleshooter.. also without success.

Please find the COMPONENTS hive attached.

I applied the fix and tried again, without success (failing on install at 100%).
