Windows Server 2019 Updates KB5055681 and KB5058392 failing along with server not releasing RAM

We have been having an issue since last Friday where the server will keep using ram till is crashes and doesn't appear to release any

The server is Windows Server 2019 Datacenter with Desktop experience running in google cloud

SFC/ SCAN now errors
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them

DISM errors
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

Both Component scanner and CBS log is uploaded
