[SOLVED] Windows Server 2019 - Update KB5003646 error 800f0983

Hi Guys,

I'm getting 800f0983 error message when applying KB5003646. I have ran SFC/DISM/SFCFix but no error/corruption found.

I have seen some reports of where the Server Core App Compatibility FOD tool has been added that it will cause problems like these. Do you have this installed? If so try uninstalling it and then try the update again.
