Dear forum members,


my name is david lorenz from aaic soft systems gmbh in leipzig (germany). You already know me from the following post:

[SOLVED] - Windows Server 2019 - Update Fail 0x80070003 since months (VM 3 of 3)

We have a problem with the installation of .net updates. The updates fails again and again. It Fails with the following timestemps (before restart):

- HFBSRVEXC01 (.Net)
- 15:53 Installation
- 15:54 Fail 0x80073701

I have already read in and put the "SFCFix.exe" file on the desktop. I've also attached the logs and component file.


I Hope you can help us with this problem because we dont know how to fix it.

Hi,

Follow these instructions to remove an update.
  • Open the Start menu of Windows and type the command CMD
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  • When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.

wusa /uninstall /KB:5006366
  • Let me know if it says it was successful or you get the message: The update KB5006366 is not installed on this computer.
