[SOLVED] Windows Server 2019 - Failing to install KB5055519 - 0x800F0985

Hi, after successfully resolving a patching issue on 1 server using SFCFix, I'm having similar issues on another server.

It's seemingly related to "CSI Payload Corrupt" again. I've tried to resolve myself using the guide (here) but have gone as far as I can go.

I've attached CBS logs and ComponentScanner log.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the fix with replacement files.

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Thanks again. After this, there were another couple of "CSI Payload Corrupt" error, but I was able to resolve these using the steps from the guide again and ultimately install the Windows updates successfully.
