Windows Server 2019 CU-Updates resultieren in Fehler 0x800f0983

Guten Tag,
ich habe aktuell das Problem, dass ein Windows Server 2019 (Domänencontroller) keine CU-Updates mehr installiert.
Weder per WSUS, direkt online, oder als Standalone ist kein Update möglich.
Sämtliche Versucvhe resultieren in Fehler 0x800f0983
Verschiedene Reparaturversuche habe ich bereits versucht (u.a. SoftwareDistribution/Catroot2-Reparatur).
Ich hänge die LOG-Files hier an, in der Hoffnung, dass mir jemand weiterhelfen kann
