Windows Server 2019, CU Updates failing with error code 0x800f0985

Hello,

Culimative update for windows server 2019 for x64-Based Systems (KB5039217) keeps faiing with error Code 0x800f0985

I've tried the following options:
- sfc /scannow
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Tried to install the patch directly from the microsoft catalog
- ran Windows Update Troubleshooter
- ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
- ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old

Help would be greatly appreciated, i've attached the logs.

Please provide all the previous (CbsPersist) logs, or have you removed them?
