Hello, I cannot install updates on my windows server 2019. Component file is damaged. Can U help me ?

This hive is damaged beyond repair, do you have recent backups of this server?
 
Then, there is unfortunately no other option than reinstall this server or try to perform a repair install. Below the result of ComponentsScanner which is not able to load the hive, and I'am also not able to load it with other tools.
