Hello.

The update will download and prompt me to restart upon which the update will fail to complete and windows will revert changes.
Here are details regarding the issue:

When I go to Windows Settings -> Update & Security -> Check for Updates, it downloads "2023-08 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5029242)" and prompts me "restart now" to apply the update.

Upon selecting "restart now" or shutting down and booting/ restarting, Windows will install the updates as expected; however, after the computer turns back on after restarting and prior to seeing the login screen, a message appears stating, "We couldn't complete the updates undoing changes" after which Windows reverts the changes. After the changes are reverted, I am still able to login and use the computer normally; however, when I check for updates, Windows identifies and downloads the same update and prompts me to restart, repeating the process above.

When viewing update history, the update is mentioned with the message "failed to on (Data)"

I also attempted to locate and repair corrupted files by running the "sfc/scannow" and "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" command in the terminal but doing so did not resolve the issue.

AntivĂrus Uninstalled and Windows Defender disabled.

Hotfix: Hotfix
CBS: CBS
Regexp: Regexp

Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks!
