Windows Server 2016 Components Hive corrupted

Hi

Have a Windows Server 2016 and I think my Conponents Hive is completely gone.
Try to load it on regedit but wont open, and it is only 8kb. Can someone help me?

Unfortunately, the provided COMPONENTS hive is damaged beyond repair! Do you have recent backups of this server?
