[SOLVED] Windows Server 2016 Build 14393.6614.1.6 cannot add feature defender with assembly error 0x80073701

Hi,

i have a little problem

i have two server´s where i can´t install the Windows defender feature.

The First Server:
at first i got the 32 message in CBS (p) CBS Catalog Missing Package_xxxx_for_KB4601318~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.3
I found a link to the right msu in this forum, downloaded it and i did´t the following steps to resolve the CBS Catalog missing Problem
sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:\Sources\Install.wim:4 /LimitAccess


dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /LimitAccess /Source:C:\technik\kb4601318

Now the Catalog Missing in gone, no currupted manifest anymore but:

also tried wusa /uninstall /KB:4601318 = Message Update is not installed
and WD i can´t install Windows defender.

Start the

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool again.

Warning: This script was written specifically for this system. Do not run this script on another system.

• Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
• Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
• Press the Fix button.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally.
• When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
• Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.
