Hello I am contacting you cause I am lost in my reparation of a windows server 2016.£
This server is in french so I will try to translate the best I can.
I can't install any role or feature, the refresh returns ;
failed to get the feature list. The specified package is not a valid Windows package. error:0x800f0805.
In the event viewer I can see that some files of the system magazine are corrupted and not repeared.
The powershel cmd get-windowsfeature returns :
Get-WindowsFeure: failure of the request to list the available features on the specified server. Unable to obtain the list of features. The specified package is not a valid Windows package. Error: 0x800f0805 In terms of line: 1: 1 + Get-Windowsfeature

sfc /scanhealth => nothing to repair
Repearing the MOF by for /f %s in ('dir /b *.mof *.mfl') do mofcomp %s
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
And finally dism from the windows server 2016 dvd => Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:wim:E:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess
Then again a sfc /scanhealth ...
I have done multiples reboot during the process.
I tried SFC Fix just to see if it does something I didnt but it returns No corruptions have been detected
