I have tried running the attached scripts to reset the updates and store and have tried installing the updates individually by downloading them from the Microsoft Catalog, but every time, the updates fail and the machine is reverted When I ran the SFCFix it completed with "no corruptions detected" I have uploaded my CBS folder here - https://bit.ly/2pP0IqP I have also uploaded my scripts and results Many thanks Attachments Sysnative.zip 35 KB · Views: 0

D dburns Well-known member Joined Dec 4, 2015 Posts 124 Location England Nov 25, 2019 #9 I think they just fail after a restart. Sorry it's a VM and I can't remember. It's on a live server that I don't get much opportunity to reboot, otherwise I would reboot now for you

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop. Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one. 2. Right-click FRST64.exe and click Run as Administrator to run it as administrator. When the tool opens, click Yes to disclaimer. 3. Please ensure you place a check mark in the Addition.txt check box at the bottom of the form before running (if not already checked). 4. Press Scan button. 5. It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should now be the desktop) 6. Please attach the log back here. 7. Another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST64.exe) will be generated Please also attach that along with the FRST.txt in your reply.

D dburns Well-known member Joined Dec 4, 2015 Posts 124 Location England Nov 26, 2019 #15 I can disable it then try. Is that any good? To remove it will take more reboots than I have time for as I have to restart it out of hours
