Windows Server 2012 R2 no longer installs updates, File is reported as corrupt by SFC.

After doing all kinds of standard troubleshooting and repair steps, I am stuck with this one and would greatly appreciate any help.
SFCFix output attached, it reports files as corrupted but I have no idea how to fix this, this server also has an issue to connect via Remote Desktop since last month so the effect gets worse over time.
