Windows Server 2008R2 failed to install updates

Hello everybody!
I have the error with my Windows Server 2008 R2 server (Russian edition). Windows update finds updates, but their installation fails with error message 0x80070490. I really hope for your help. Log files attached. I will answer all additional questions. Many thanks in advance!

There is a problem device attached to the system, please find out what it is (Device Manager) and remove it. Make sure you remove the driver as well.
 
There is no problem in the device manager. But 2 usb-hardlock are connected to the server. There may be problems with them. But I can check it no earlier than Friday or Saturday. As soon as I check it, I will write about it.

Yes, I'm exploring possibilities, 490 usual means a driver problem, so I'm trying to determine which one exactly. As this was a problem before, I want to start there.
