Hello and welcome,

Which update(s) are failing ?

as you can see they are installed ok but if you reboot the server, sccm will again push the same
1751542483705.webp1751542509246.webp

These updates are almost 10 years old. Has this machine not been updated for so long ?

1. Click the start button and type cmd in the search box.
2. Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator. Answer Yes to the UAC prompt if it appears.
3. Copy/Paste the following into the command-prompt window and hit enter.
reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate /s > WU.txt

4. Attach the logfile WU.txt to your next reply.

this server didnt have love for many years so we are trying to fix them until we can remove it but its a legacy application so it will take time

Windows Update is disabled. Do you know why ?

2. Right-click on cmd that comes up in the search results and select Run as administrator. Answer Yes to the UAC prompt if it appears.
3. Copy/Paste the following into the command-prompt window and hit enter.
reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /s > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\WUP.txt"

4. Attach the file WUP.txt which is now on your desktop to your next reply.
