Windows RT: Was This A Good Or Bad Branding Decision?

Earlier this week, Microsoft officially unveiled the official SKUs of Windows 8, and, much to the surprise of many Microsoft enthusiasts, they actually simplified things.
However, while the simplification is definitely a great step as far as branding is concerned, they did do one peculiar thing:
The SKU for Windows on ARM was named Windows RT.

windows RT mean : "windows Runtime."

It refers to WinRT, the Windows Runtime Library.
It's actually quite a tricky and important bit of technology, because it allows developers to write one app that runs on both Windows 8 (which uses Intel-type processors) and Windows RT (which uses ARM).
Without it, developers would have to do extra work to get their apps to run on each platform.
