windows found some corrupted registryfiles and fixed. them. How do I see that files that were repaired by sfc /scannow

Sir,
sfc scannow finds some registry corruption and successfully repaired. bUT WHAT are the files it has found corrupt and repaired is not known to me. i THINK THAT THIS IS THE forum, that deals with registry fixes and apt forum to ask this question.
Hardly the scan runs about 25 minutes at the maximum and can we side by side see the progress of the scan
if cannot, how do i know that some of the files that were successfully repaired by it from cbs.log. It is a lengthy file without giving any meaning ful intrepretation.\expecting reply

To answer your question provide the file cbs.log:
Copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.
If the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Gofile or WeTransfer and just provide the download link.

Sir, I found the solution to find the repaired files by using this formula.I found this in a forum thread which helped me to find the file repaired.
the command prompt at elevated level is
cmd.exe /c "%windir%\system32\findstr.exe /c:"[SR] Repair" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"F:\Users\%UserName%\Desktop\%ComputerName%-SFCResults-Repairs.Log""In my case it is corrupted explorerframe.dll
The resulti in mycase is given below
