After couple min chat with apple support agent, i found out that there might be an issue with my Windows Media Features. However when i go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Window Features on or off, it gives me a blank window. This is what I tried so far:sfc /scannow Reset Windows Update components Fix Windows corruption errors by using the DISM or System Update Readiness tool Still no luck, Im running Window 7 64b SP 1 pro. Any help would be really appreciated!!!
