I'd suggest waiting for a reply from one of the WU team first to see if they can help, and then if there are any outstanding issues bringing it back to this thread? Trying to fix multiple problems at once can be difficult, so easiest to focus on the WU issue first.

There is nothing to be lost (and you should do full system image backups before any major updates/upgrades, whether I suggest them or not). 3. It can, and most often does, cure a wide variety of issues in one fell swoop. Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file That's always what I try if or when SFC and DISM, used in conjunction with each other, do not solve a problem or problems. I've never had it fail, and I know of one instance in the hundreds of times I've recommended it where it actually did fail. A nuke and pave was eventually done.
