This server has had ongoing issues installing the current (at time of the attempt) CU. The patch changes, but has been failing for months.
DSIM / sfc /scannow are currently clean.
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0982: 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 (1809) for x64-based Systems (KB5034768).
