Windows Error Code 800B0100

Please download and save the CheckSUR tool from Use System Update Readiness tool to fix package corruption errors
(you'll need to look in the details for Windows 7, downloading from the Microsoft Download Center)

Run it - The tool can take anywhere from 5 mins to a couple of hours to run (or 'Install') depending on how much it has to do, and may exit silently - it may appear to freeze for most of that time, but be patient.
The result is logged in the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log file - and an archive …\checksur.persist.log file

Then zip the CheckSUR.log and upload it to your reply

The implication here is that the SoftwareDistribution folder is missing data needed for the updates.
you will lose your Update history (but the updates will still be installed, and viewable in the Installed Updates listing).

Open an Elevated Command Prompt
Run the following commands

NET STOP WUAUSERV
REN C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution SDOLD
NET START WUAUSERV

wait 15 minutes, and reboot
then wait 10 minutes, and open Windows Updates, and run a Check for Updates.
Install only the oldest update found - and reboot once installed

then go back to Windows updates and install the others.

If any fail, still, note the KB numbers and their failure codes.

Bang on - excellent! The first ones worked while a couple of them wanted a 'Genuine Microsft Product' item installed and then it worked.
