[SOLVED] Windows Defender sur errors

Our friend who is 90 has an old Dell laptop running Windows 7 32bit and has been complaining of slowness , I have cleaned alot of rubbish on laptop and checked with the SURT file to see if he had any errors there and its found 8 errors . Checksur.log attached He does not want to upgrade the laptop even though he knows its not supported any more as he is used to the way it runs so can any one help getting rid of the errors ? As we only see him once a week (we are in his bubble) replies may take some time.

  SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.

Hi, thanks for the fix seemed to have solved the problem, I uninstalled AVG and reinstalled which fixed the other error.
