Hello Vince, welcome to Sysnative!

I have to say, from the logs this isn't looking good at all - I'd say there's a 99% chance you'll have to reinstall Windows to fix this, but I'll happily check to make sure we aren't in that 1% :) I'll need to see your COMPONENTS hive to decide, can you do this to upload it to me please:

SFCFix Script

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

  1. [sfcfixdownload]Download SFCFix[/sfcfixdownload] (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Download the attached file, SFCFixScript.txt, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFixScript.txt - do not rename it.
  3. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  4. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFixScript.txt.
  5. Drag the file SFCFixScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  6. SFCFix will now process the script.
  7. Upon completion, a log should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
  8. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of this into your next post for me to analyse please - put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.

Hi Vince,

Are you sure you followed every step of my instructions? SFCFix hasn't processed a script that should've been passed to it in step 5. Would you mind trying again please?

Tom

Hi Tom,

Not sure what I did wrong the first time but it worked this time.
Ended up doing it twice because the log file did not show up the first time.

Code:
SFCFix version 2.3.0.0 by niemiro.Start time: 2014-08-19 23:51:50.409
Using .txt script file at C:\Users\vinnyluck\Desktop\SFCFixScript.txt.txt [0]
