I am having trouble with Windows 8.1 downloading the latest updates and also I have noticed that when I try to shutdown, I get a message that a program is keeping me from that. I ran the sfc /scannow and it told me I had corrupted files. I then ran the fixit program with no help. I ran c:\windows\system32>DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and windows came back and told me told me that the system cannot find the path specified. I am putting in the right command or what?

Thanks,
Rick

Here are the scan results requested by Tom. Also, the program I mentioned in my previous post not allowing me to shut down is "ColorUService". I have read conflicting blogs that this is a virus and some say it is not. What is your take on this?
