Windows 8.1 errors before Windows 10 upgrade

Hello all,

I am trying to upgrade a friends AIO that has been long time locked to windows 8.1. It is windows 10 compatible, but the upgrade tool falls in errors, so i started by cleaning up Win 8.1 updates. After nearly 90 update cycles (and around 15 real updates made) i have only one last issue with KB2976978 and KB5007247 that remain always in error state. Windows 10 upgrade falls also in error for a

So down to some SFC & DISM command lines :

Dism /Online /Get-Packages /Format:table => package list in txt file

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth => Dism.log (for scanhealth)

If it fails, attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

I'm sorry but uploading CBS.log will be hard running... CBS.log has been increasing in size up over 300Mb during approx 30 minutes after end of sfc command.

Here goes for the logs :
Zip contains 300 Mb file after rebooting machine and running sfc.
cbs.log contains all operations before rebooting (normally)

Remove Update Manually

Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt.
When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.
wusa /uninstall /KB:5007247
Let me know if it says it was successful or if there are any errors.

Not installed ...

For information : in WU :

2 KB are remaining : 2976978 (has always been in Error) and 5007247, which is sometimes sayed installed and sometimes not...
Any windows 10 upgrade ends also in error before 1rst reboot (during installation stage)

FRST Registry Search

Click the Start button and choose Control Panel.
In the upper right corner ensure the View by: is set to Category.
Select the Programs group.
Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Server Manager or Windows Features dialog.
Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps. You can minimize it if you wish but keep it open.
Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
64-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
Note: Your antivirus program may report FRST incorrectly as an infection. If so, disable the real-time protection when downloading and running FRST.
Right-click on the file FRST64.exe and choose Run as administrator.
Copy and paste KB5007247 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
When the scan is complete, a message will display that 'SearchReg.txt' is saved in the same folder FRST was started from. Notepad will open this file also. Close Notepad and attach the file 'SearchReg.txt' to your next reply.
You may close any remaining open windows now.

Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine.

Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator".
Press the Fix button.
The tool will now process fixlist.txt.
If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.
