Here is my dilemma:
I have received the error message "Windows update can not currently check for updates because the service is not running. You may need to restart your computer." I have restarted my computer. I have ran several CMD operations I have found via Google, and nothing so far has worked. I ran the sfcfix and it had corruptions that it could not fix. I am not sure what to do now... Please any help is appreciated.
I have added the information from the CMD operation sfcfix.

Hi first step is to check if the service is running or not, to do that press the windows key, keep it press and then press the " R " key on your keyboard, type on the box " msconfig" and under "services" tab check if you disable the windows update service if yes enable and try again if there is enable, from run type " Services.msc" and check if is running properly there

if is running to fix your corruption follow this post," https://www.sysnative.com/forums/windows-update/15208-windows-update-bfd-licenser-errors.html " download the 2 files and follow instruction there
