A Aggie83 New member Joined Mar 25, 2020 Posts 4 Mar 25, 2020 #1 After multiple attemps to perform an upgrade from Win 7 Ultimate to Win 10 Pro which fail with "0x8007001F-0x20006, The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation". After multiple fix attempts ( rename SofwareDistribution and Catalog2 folders, cleanboot, disable drivers, etc.) I found this resource. I have image backup of C:\ prior to the starting update adventure. Followed pre-posting instructions Steps 1 - 6 Google Drive URL for CBS.zip Thanks

Download SFCFix.exe (by niemiro) and save this to your Desktop. Download the file below, SFCFix.zip, and save this to your Desktop. Ensure that this file is named SFCFix.zip - do not rename it. Save any open documents and close all open windows. On your Desktop, you should see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFix.zip. Drag the file SFCFix.zip onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it. SFCFix will now process the script. Upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.
