Hi there,
I ma trying to update (important) updates on my laptop for Windows 7 Ultimate as it says it needs updating. every time i try to update i get error messages telling me it cant update. ive also tried installing a new Windows all together (windows 10). nothing i try to do is supported. Im fairly computer savvy but still need things explaining in layman's terms if possible.
looking forward to some help before i go bald!
