Windows 7 SP1 x64: Windows Update Error 8024200D when installing KB4534310

Hi everyone.

I've been looking through the forums for solutions for this but I haven't found anything that worked for me. As stated in the title, I've tried to install KB4534310 and I've gotten error 8024200D. I've checked for the prerequisite updates and I had them already installed. I've tried installing KB4338818 and received Package_for_RollupFix error 0x80070002. I've installed KB4054518 through DISM.

• Scannow didn't find any errors
• SURT has been ran
• Windows Update Troubleshooter didn't find aything
• ComponentScanner didn't find any corruptions, only one f! mark warning

ComponentsScanner log and Components hive attached.

Looks good.
Restart the machine.
Try to install KB4338818 only again and report the result.
If it fails copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop. Zip the copied file and attach it to your next reply.
