Windows 7 sp1 update fails error 80073712

I have been trying to install this update for a couple of years now, well seems that long anyway. I have run the SFC /scannow and SURT. I have uploaded my compenent .zip file and the checkSUR.log to my onedrive account. When I try to share the files it asks me for an email address.
