I think Java is used by a software but is not a problem, anyway I'm not able to uninstall the software, the installer returns an error: "Install server not responding" (CAPI2 event ID 513 in Event Viewer as usual). I do use Asrock Extreme tuner (I'm using it since the beginning)

Please uninstall "ASRock eXtreme Tuner v0.1.434" to see if that helps in this case. You can re-install it afterwards.

I found it too, but it was for another specific software not the AXTU (I even installed ad uninistalled that software to try). I'll try anyway (without reboot is not working, I'll try with a reboot after).

I installed Acronis True Image 2021 (the Trial) and after the reboot the System Restore is now working... I was afraid to try this "route" since I was afraid to getting things worse... Now... What I can do to recreate the problem if I uninstall this ..... software? Sure I will not use the AcronisCleaner (and I'll never use this software anymore) but I'm really afraid to uninstall and maybe not to fix again with a re-installation, maybe I can monitor the uninstallation by using an uninstaller program (like Revo Uninstaller and such)... I'll try if all is ok tomorrow before doing something.
