I am receiving error code 80070002 from windows update. Not sure how to proceed. I currently cannot perform any windows backups, or upgrade to Windows 10. I have run through your recommended diagnostics and attached the logs as you requested. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. SFCFix version 3.0.1.0 by niemiro. I received the same error message: 0x8007025D - 0x2000C The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during APPLY_IMAGE operation. Is there anything I can do to get around this error?
