Windows 7 not possible install Windows Update Error found Code 80070490

Hi to all, In the past I wrote and donate on this forum, I have again an old HP portable Windows 7 PC (10 years ago). I want to upload iTunes, but is not possibile make it because is necessary istall this Windows Update.
I want tu buy a modern HP portable PC, but in this moment I can't, the cost is near 800€ (I'm Italian) too for me in this moment. The problem is also to transfert the Google Chrome bookmarks from this PC to the new.
But now I have to solve this problem.
