Windows 23H2 Update Error KB504158 - 0x800f081f

Hi everyone,

I have Windows 11 23H2 and have had problems with updates since July. Windows is currently trying to install the August updates -KB504158.

First i did:

sfc /scannow

and result:

Beginning system scan.  This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Next steps :

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

and result:

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.22621.2792

Image Version: 10.0.22631.3593

The operation completed successfully.

The system does not indicate that it is corrupted, but there is still a problem with installing the update.
Any ideas on what might be causing this or how I can fix it?
