Windows 2022 latest updates not working

Hi, Windows Server 2022 located in AWS is running fine however the latest windows 2022 update isnt installing:-

I have tried the recommended steps, troubleshooter fix, sfc /scannow, clearing windows udpate, dism cleanup etc, however I still get the same issue. Please can someone help, I really dont want to have to rebuild this vm if at all possible.

I should have mentioned the update is KB5055526 (April 8, 2025—KB5055526 (OS Build 20348.3453) and the error I get is 0x80070005
