Windows 2016: Windows update Error 0x80244018 DISM Error An initialization error occurred.

Dear all ,

when I would like to update my Active Directory server 2016 Datacenter I receive error :

2019-08 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4512495) - Error 0x80244018

I tested this commande but unfortunaly it's not working :
  1. sfc /scannow I receive error : Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.
  2. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth I receive error :

Version: 10.0.14393.3085


Error: 3

An initialization error occurred.
For more information, review the log file.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log


3.Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:E:\sources\install.wim:4 /LimitAccess I receive error

Hi!

I would test the hard drives in thge Server and replace them if any are going bad and then perform a rebuild of the Server. This is extremely corrupt.

I started check disk but the system is not corrupt .
The VMware Tools is up to date and in devicemanager we have no errors .

I started GSmartControl ans SMART is not supported I use VMware
