I have a Windows 2012R2 server that has failed to receive any new Windows updates since the May 2021 security updates. This is our Production database server, so I am trying my best to not have to rebuild the server. In addition, the server is an AWS EC2 instance, so we do not have access to Safe Mode / etc. I am fairly familiar with running the standard DISM / SFC command lines, but have been unsuccessful so far in resolving this issue. Attached is the latest CBS log. One other thing I noticed is that at the end of running "sfc /scannow", it repairs the 6.3.9600.19991 version of the servicing stack, but when I look at the registry setting, the server is using 6.3.9600.19750. This "repair" of the servicing stack causes multiple versions in the C:\Windows\servicing\Version folder so I have to remove the 19991 version in order for the DISM command to run successfully.
