Hi,

Since some weeks ago I have been trying to udpate my laptop but always gives an error during the installation.

Could anyone help with the errors?

There are two pending updates not working:
Windows 11, version 23H2
Install error - 0x800700c1
2024-05 Actualización acumulativa de .NET Framework 3.5 y 4.8.1 para Windows 11, version 23H2 para x64 (KB5037591)
Install error - 0x800700c1

I have followed the steps in the thread with the posting instructions, with the results:
Step #1 - Run SFC Scan

Not working, always getting:

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

Have tried after chkdsk, and in Safe mode, always same error.

Step #2 - Run SURT/DISM

It gave an error:

C:\Windows\System32>DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

Version: 10.0.22621.2792

Image Version: 10.0.22631.3155

[===========================87.3%================== ]

[===========================89.9%==================== ]

Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.

Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

C:\Windows\System32>

Step #3 - Run ComponentsScanner

Done, files attached

Step #4 - Export CBS Folder

Done, files attached.

Thanks!!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply!

I attach both log files compressed.
