Windows 11, version 23H2 Install error - 0x800703f1

Hi All!

Desperately looking for some help here haha, I've been getting this error for the past year at least and feel like I have tried everything to no avail. Already tried reinstalling Windows 11 multiple times as well. Does anybody have any tips?
