Windows 11 Update Issues

Hi,

I have been having issues with getting Windows cumulative updates to install. This started with KB5015814, continued with KB5015882, and finaly today with KB5016629

What I have done:
I have tried reinstalling the updates after they failed with Macrium switched off.
I have run Update trouble-shooter (acknowledged there was an issue, but didn't fix.
Ran sfc /Scannow -- Again acknowledged an issue, "found corrupt files and repaired them" (but made no difference to the updates working).
Restored my PC (via Macrium) to 22000.708 and tried to install todays KB 5016629 update, but this failed to Install.

Any help gratefully received

Dave,

At my request, you opened a topic over at Bleeping Computer to check your computer for malware. I also stated that after that you should post here if we cannot resolve your issue. Posting the same problem in two Forums is not encouraged since it wastes expert time and can lead to conflicting advice.
